We are convinced that the knowledge, skills, techniques and confidence gained through involvement with sport, physical activity and challenge are crucial to making this possible.
We will give our young people the opportunity to lead and coach others, celebrate success and develop an understanding of the importance of health and well being in their present and future lives. With our College at the centre of the community all will know that sport and physical activity are essential and fun.
