Message from the Headteacher

Welcome to Fleetwood Sports College; I hope you will seriously consider choosing us for your child’s secondary education.

We believe that we provide high quality education for all students. We offer a curriculum which allows all students to develop their talents and abilities to the full in an environment which values them as individuals.

Our mission statement ‘Achievement for All Through Personal Best ’ has been enhanced by achieving specialist sports status. We are committed to learning for all within our community. We want to be a true community college, rather than just a college in the community.

We are excited by our ever-improving examination results and are determined for this trend to continue. We work hard at helping all students to have clear ambitions and provide them with the opportunities to develop the skills they need to achieve their aims.

Close links with home are essential in achieving our joint ideals. We all want the best for the students and positive home-college relationships have never been more important. As a College we strive to ensure that all students feel happy and valued within an ethos of genuine care for the individual. Our new purpose-built multi-million pound College is second to none in terms of facilities and opportunities.
