Dining Room
As the recently appointed Catering Manager (Jan 2009), my primary focus is to provide
healthy, well cooked food at Fleetwood Sports College, which complies with the new food
regulations as set by the School Food Trust. This covers all food sold and served in schools,
at breakfast, break and lunch. We are to be fully compliant by September 2009. With the help
of my enthusiastic team, we aim to provide a healthy, varied and nutritional fayre, for both
students and staff alike.
